A Student of Hugo Treffner Gymnasium:

1. Places a high value on studying and self-development
2. Arrives at school on time every day. While absent (due to illness or domestic issues) informs their class teacher and other teachers no later than 9.00 a.m. the same day
3. Shows responsibility towards studies, completes all assignments in due time
4. Respects elderly people and fellow students
5. Is well-behaved both at school and elsewhere
6. Keeps school property and study aids in good repair and returns them in due time
7. Does not lie, steal, smoke, use alcohol or drugs
8. Defends the honour of their school and feels responsible for the safety of their fellow students
